Coach Mentoring Program
Be mentored to reach your PCC and MCC ICF competency levels
Take your coaching skills to MCC Master Level by being personally mentored. This program consists of 10+ hours of personalized mentor sessions with a MCC ICF credentialled coach.
Your mentor will guide you, give you detailed supportive feedback on your skill gaps and develop your coaching competencies.
To be credentialled by the ICF as a coach, you would need to complete your hours of training, have coached people and provide evidence of a log and have completed 10 hours of being mentored by an ICF credentialled coach.
Students enroll for this program after completing their ILS Master Coach studies, and sometime before or after their final Master Coach practical assessment.
What makes our mentoring special?
Besides the expert advise, guidance and feedback from a Master Coach who has walked the path that you are now on, we add the following to our mentor program:
- Tuition and analysis of the 11 ICF core competencies.
- Studying and learning from recorded top MCC coaching sessions.
- 6 observed coaching sessions, where your recorded coaching sessions are analyzed and built on.
- 4 practice coaching sessions with a MCC credentialed mentor.

There are 2 primary reasons to consider enrolling:
- If you are aiming to credential with the ICF then this is a requirement that they will ask for.
- If you want to receive personalized mentorship to dramatically accelerate your current coaching skills.
Please note enrolments are only open for qualified ILS Master Coaches. Or for those that are looking for mentorship hours as required by the ICF to enroll for the ICF credentialing process.
All of the mentoring happens online via an online virtual class platform called Zoom. This makes it convenient and easier to fit into busy schedules.
We mentor students from around the globe and find times to suit all timelines. We arrange a schedule of times and dates to suit you and the mentor.
